On May 05, 2020, Sea & Air Freight International announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 160,012 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 60,000 shares

- Purpose: to buy shares as treasury shares from the employees resigned

- Expected trading period: within 30 days after being approved the Vietnam Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

- Trading method: to transfer rights to SAFI

- Purchase price: VND 10,000/share

- Trading implementation agent: SSI Securities Corporation.
