Based on Decision dated May 26, 2020, Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry And Trade announces the personnel change as follows:

1)      The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Hiroshi Yamaguchi as Deputy Chief Executive Officer as from May 26, 2020.

2)      The BOD approved the appointment of Mr. Masahiko Oki as member of BOD cum Deputy Chief Executive Officer as from May 26, 2020.
