On May 26, 2020, the BOD of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation issued the Board resolution No.90/NQ-DIC Corp – HĐQT to approve the policy of transfer of contributed capital in DIC Global. Details are as follows:

-          Number of shares to transfer: 245,000 shares

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Stock type: common share

-          Transfer price: VND 10,000/share

-          Total value of transfer: VND 2,450,000,000

-          Finish date: before September 30, 2020

-          Transferee: Timeless Holding Co.,Ltd.
