The Board resolution dated May 19, 2020, the BOD of Sea & Air Freight International approved the plan to buy treasury shares. Details are as follows:

- Stock name: Sea & Air Freight International

- Stock code: SFI

- Purchase volume: 1,480,000 shares (equivalent to 9.9% number of outstanding shares)

- Expected purchase price: VND 25,000/share

- Trading method: order matching or put through

- Expected trading period: within 30 days after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) and Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
