6)      Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd (A&C)

7)      Approving to cancel merger plan of Petro My Phu Investment Joint Stock Company in to Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company.

8)      Amending the Articles of Association;
