-          Location: Van Giang Commercial and Tourism Urban Area (Ecopark)

-          Construction package: Design-Build General Contractor

-          Value of package: nearly VND1,500 billion

2)      Vu Phuc Social Housing Project

-          Investor: Dragon Group

-          Location: Vu Phuc commune, Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province

-          Value of package: nearly VND4 billion

3)      COBI Tower I Project & COBI Tower II Project

-          Investor: COBI ONE Co., Ltd

-          Location: Lot C7B-01B & Lot C7B-02B, Area A, Tan Phu ward, district 7, Ho Chi Minh city

-          Value of package: nearly VND50 billion.
