On May 15, 2020, Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (Petroland) approved the following decisions:

1)      Based on Decision No.346 dated May 15, 2020 to approve the Charter of Petroland to replace the Charter issued the decision No.479 dated June 28, 2019.

2)      Based on Decision No.347 dated May 15, 2020 to approve the Regulation on Corporate Governance of Petroland to replace Governance Regulation issued the decision No.478 dated June 28, 2019.
