Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company (stock code: VFG) has received an approval from the Department of Planning and Investment of Hochiminh City regarding the extension of the holding of the 2020 Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, the Company ask permission for the postponement of Annual General Meeting until June 26, 2020 and the Department of Planning and Investment of Hochiminh City allowed the Company to extend the meeting within 06 months from the ending date of fiscal year as regulated.
