CII Engineering and Construction JSC sent documents to HOSE to ask for a delay in the disclosure of financial statements in 2020 as follows:

-           For the quarterly financial statements: within 30 days from the last day of quarter;

-           For the semi-annual reviewed financial statements: within 60 days from the last day of first six months of fiscal year;

-           For the annual audited financial statements: within 100 days from the last day of fiscal year.

However, the request of CEE will be considered by the State Securities Commission and CEE must disclose information right after receiving a decision from the State Securities Commission.
