The Board resolution dated April 27, 2020, the Board of Directors of Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company approved the following issues:

Approving to cancel the record date (March 03, 2020) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020.
Approving to delay the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 from June 01, 2020 to June 10, 2020. The record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 on May 18, 2020.
