On April 27, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2019 audited financial statements from Landmark Holding Joint Stock Company (stock code: LMH). Accordingly, VIETVALUES Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. gave no opinion about the 2019 audited financial statements of Landmark Holding Joint Stock Company. Pursuant to the regulations, this is a case of mandatory delisting.

Therefore, HOSE requested that the Company send an original of the 2019 audited financial statements and an explanation letter with the confirmation of the audit firm regarding the cause of the disclaimer of opinion before May 06, 2020.
