The Board resolution dated April 27, 2020, the Board of Directors of Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (IJC) approved the following issues:

1. Record date to seek shareholders’ written opinion to approve the Regulation for organizing online the General Shareholders’ Meeting and electronic voting

-       Record date: May 18, 2020

-       Time of implementation: May 2020 or June 2020

2. According to the Official Letter No.363/ĐKKD dated April 07, 2020 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong Province allowing IJC to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 before June 30, 2020. Accordingly, the company approved the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020:

-       Record date: May 29, 2020

-       Meeting time: expected in June 19, 2020.
