On April 24, 2020, Cuongthuan Idico Development Investment Corporation announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders approving to seek shareholders’ written opinion with the following contents:

1. Approving to cancel a Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders No.02/2020/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated February 14, 2020 on purchasing treasury shares and public tender offer.
2. Approving to plan the share buyback as treasury shares:

-       Stock name: Cuongthuan Idico Development Investment Corporation

-       Stock code: CTI

-       Stock type: common share

-       Purpose of buyback: to repurchase shares as treasury shares, to reduce the number of outstanding shares.

-       Registered volume: 15,435,000 shares, equivalent to 24.5% number of outstanding shares.

-       Trading method: order matching or put through

-       Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
