On April 16, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.178/QD-SGDHCM to put the shares of Pomina Steel Corporation (stock code: POM) into warning status as of April 23, 2020.

Reason: The profit after tax of shareholders of parent company in 2019 was -308.711 billion dongs based on the 2019 audited consolidated financial statements. This is the case of warning securities under the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
