- Number of shares registered to be bought back: (maximum) 1.6 million shares

- Financial resource for the buyback: the capital surplus, the investment development fund and the retained earnings according to the 2019 audited financial statements

- Trading time: from April 28, 2020 to May 27, 2020

- Number of bought shares: 74,750 shares

- Trading method: order-matching and/or put-through

- Buying price: market price

- Agent: Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company.
