Petrolimex Insurance Corporation announces the Board resolution dated March 23, 2020 as follows:

1. Approving the adjustment to business targets for 2020:

−      Profit before tax: no less than VND200.6 billion.

2. Approving the reports and documents of the CEO:

−      The audited financial statements in 2019;

−      The profit distribution plan and business plan for 2020;

−      Assigning representatives for PGI’s stake at other firms;

−      Establishing PJICO Trang An Insurance  Company directly under Petrolimex Insurance Corporation with the head office located in Ha Noi city.

3. Approving the documents and reports to submit them to the 2020 Annual General Meeting:

−      Agenda of the 2020 Annual General Meeting;

−      Draft of regulations on the 2020 Annual General Meeting;

−      Reports of the CEO;

−      Reports of the Board of Directors;

−      Report of the Internal Audit Board;

−      The 2019 audited financial statements;

−      The 2019 profit distribution plan and the 2020 business plan;

−      The documents on wage fund and remuneration of the Board of Directors in 2019;

−      The documents on wage fund and remuneration of the Board of Directors in 2020;

−      The documents on selecting an audit firm for PGI in2 020;

−      Approving the resignation of members of the Board of Directors;

−      Electing replacement members to the Board of Directors for the term from 2019 to 2024;
