Board Resolutions No.10 dated March 24, 2020

−      According to Board Resolutions No.10 dated March 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved the policy on transferring the shares of Railway Urban and Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company to Mr. Le Viet Dung.

−      The Board of Directors authorized the Chairman to decide the issues related to transfer price, transfer time, transfer method, payment method and transfer contract, as well as negotiate and sign the transfer contract and relevant documents under the laws.

Board Resolutions No.11 dated March 24, 2020

−      According to Board Resolutions No.10 dated March 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved the policy on transferring the shares of Dai Dong A Investment Joint Stock Company to Ms. Tran Thuy Anh.

−      The Board of Directors authorized the Chairman to decide the issues related to transfer price, transfer time, transfer method, payment method and transfer contract, as well as negotiate and sign the transfer contract and relevant documents under the laws.
