Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated March 19, 2020 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors unanimously approved the record of costs of water meter installation in 2019 into the production costs in 2019.
2. The Board of Directors unanimously approved the transfer registration of 2,000 water meters by Saigon Water Corporation (abbreviation: SAWACO). The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to sign transfer agreements for 2,000 water meters with  Saigon Water Corporation.
