The Board resolution dated March 19, 2020, the Board of Directors of HACISCO Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the contents of Annual General Meeting 2020:

• Report on the business result in 2019;
• Report on the business plan in 2020;
• Report on the BOD activities in 2019;
• Report from the Supervisory Board in 2019;
• Report on the profit distribution in 2019;
• Report on the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2019;
• Report on the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020;
• Other issues.

2. Approving the business plan in 2020:

-       Revenue:  211 billion dongs;

-       Profit after tax:    5.2 billion dongs;

-       Dividend: 5%.

3. Approving the dividend payment plan in 2019 to 6%.
