After receiving the approval by the Board of Directors regarding the share buyback, Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (short name: DIC Corp) prepared documents to register the share buyback to send them to the State Securities Commission. On March 17, 2020, DIC Corp received Official Document No.1772/UBCK-QLCB from the State Securities Commission allowing DIC Corp to repurchase shares as planned.
