According to the Board Resolution dated March 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company approved a plan for share buyback as follows:

- Buying volume: 2,000,000 shares

- Outstanding volume: 106,399,876 shares

- Ratio of Buying volume to Outstanding volume: 1.9%

- Buying price: no more than VND9,140/share, equivalent to the buying value of VND18,280,000,000.

- Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit

- Trading time: after the State Securities Commission approves the documents of share buyback and the Company announces information as regulated, and within 30 days from the beginning date of transactions.

- Trading method: order-matching and/or put-through.
