Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company announced the information about organizing the general meeting of shareholders 2020 as follows:
1. Time: 7:30 AM on Friday 10th April 2020
2. Place: Meeting Hall of Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company (Group 3, Huong Son ward, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen province)
3. Agenda: discussion and approval of these following issues:
a. Report on business results of the BOD 2019, business plan for 2020
b. Report on the activities of the Supervisory Board 2019 and orientation for 2020; Audited financial report 2019
c. Proposals of the BOD and Supervisory board :
+ Proposal to approve the consolidated financial report for accounting term from 01/01/2019 to 31/12/2019
+ Proposal of profit distribution plan 2019
+ Proposal about the business and investment plan for 2020
+ Proposal about contract signing with Thai Hung Trading Joint Stock Company
+ Proposal about the remuneration for members of the BOD, Supervisory Board
+ Proposal about the selection of audit company for financial report 2020
+ Other important contents under the authority of the general meeting of shareholders
