Hoi An Tourist Holding Company announced Board Resolution No.06/NQ-HDQT dated March 14, 2020 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors unanimously decided to transfer all of assets and infrastructure in the branch of Hoi An Beach Resort to the People’s Committee of Quang Nam Province as a safe accommodation for diplomatic guests and international visitors as the request of Quang Nam Province. 

2. Therefore, the Board of Directors unanimously decided to suspend the business activities of the branch:

-       Branch name: Branch of Tourist Holding Company - Hoi An Beach Resort

-       Address: No.01 Cua Dai, Cua Dai ward, Hoi An city, Quang Nam province, Viet Nam

-       Reason: to temporarily transfer all of assets and infrastructure to the People’s Committee of Quang Nam Province to serve the prevention of epidemic.

-       Suspension time: expected from March 16, 2020 to the date of receiving assets and ensuring conditions to welcome guests.
