-       Stock: Stock of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank

-       Stock type: common stock

-       Number of treasury shares estimated for sale: 3,345,120 shares (equivalent to 0.341% of charter capital)

-       Selling price: VND10,000/share

-       Time for transfer restriction: 03 years from the finish date of share issue

-       Estimated trading time: in 2020, after HDBank receives the approval by the State Securities Commission.

-       Agent securities company: Hochiminh City Securities Corporation.

2. Approving the rules of employee stock purchase plan.
3. Approving the list of employees who are allowed to buy treasury shares.
