On February 05, 2020, the Board of Directors of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for issuing shares to increase the Company’s charter capital as follows:

-       Stock: Stock of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company

-       Stock type: common stock

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Estimated issue volume: 55,200,000 shares

-       Total issue value: VND552,000,000,000.

-       Exercise ratio: 1:4 (those who own 01 share will receive 01 purchase right, with 01 right they will be entitled to buy 04 new shares)

-       Issue price: VND10,000/share

-       The shares refused to buy (if any) will be offered to other investors at a price not less than the one offered to the existing shareholders. These shares will be restricted within 01 year from the finish date of share issue.

-       Transference principle: the right should be transferred only once at the price agreed by 2 partners and not done again to the third one.
