The Board resolution dated December 07, 2020, the BOD of Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved the time to pay cash dividend for 2016, 2017 as follows:

1)      To pay cash dividend for 2016:

-          Payment date: December 31, 2021 (instead of December 31, 2020)

2)      To pay cash dividend for 2017:

-          Payment date: December 31, 2021 (instead of December 31, 2020)

3)      In case the Company can arrange money sources to ensure production and business activities, the company will pay dividends in cash for 2016 and 2017 to shareholders earlier than the above time.
