After checking, the State Securities Commission found that there were the differences in profit after tax figures of Bac Viet Minerals Exploitation Metallurgy Joint Stock Company (an associated company of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company) between the ending balance in the 2018 financial statements and the beginning balance in the 2019 financial statements. On November 03, 2020, therefore, the State Securities Commission issued an official document to remind and ask Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on information disclosure.
