The Board resolution dated December 03, 2020, the BOD of Bien Hoa Packaging Company approved the contents of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for the second time to submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

1)      Approving the additional election of members of BOD for the period 2018 – 2023:

-          Mr. Suchai Korprasertsri

-          Mr. Tawatchai Jungsomsri

-          Mr. Hirofumi Hori

-          Mr. Toshinobu Sada

-          Mr. Sompob Witworrasakul

-          Mr. Ekarach Sinnarong

-          Mr. Dinh Quang Hung

-          Mrs. Saranya Skontanarak.

2)      Approving the additional election of members of Supervisory Board for the term 2018 – 2023:

-          Mr. Krasame Singhakul

-          Mr. Wattana Intachum

-          Mrs. Pham Ngoc Bao Tram.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Ekarach Sinnarong as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Legal Representative of the Company from 2020 to 2023.
