-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Number of shares issued: 140,203 shares; Of which:

+ Number of transferable freely shares: 48,320 shares

+ Number of transferable restriction shares: 91,883 shares

-          To ensure consistent interests among members who are allocated shares, the number of freely transferable shares of 48,320 will be adjusted into the number of transferable restriction shares.

-          Transferable restriction time: end of July 2022.

-          Distribution method: according to the ESOP regulation.
