On December 25, 2020, the Board of Directors of Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure Gas Distribution Joint Stock Company (PV Gas D) approved Addendum No.20 and No.22 of the Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement that PetroVietNam Gas sells gas to PV Gas D in Vietnam's Southern region for the first six months and last six months of 2020 and Board Resolution No.36/NQ-HDQT/2020 approving the amendments to the Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement in Vietnam's Southern region between PV Gas D with CNG Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Southern Gas Trading Joint Stock Company.
