On December 29, 2020, Everland Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders in form of collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing with the following contents:

1)      Approving the withdrawal of business lines that the foreign ownership ratio limit of Everland according to the report of the Board of Directors.

2)      Approving the selection of audit firms for the financial statements in 2020:

-          Deloitte Vietnam Com Ltd

-          Grant Thornton Vietnam Com Ltd

-          Vietnam Auditing and Evaluation Com Ltd

-          Ha Noi Auditing and Accounting Com Ltd.
