The PAN Group Joint Stock Company announces the BOD resolution dated December 16, 2020 on the approval of transfer of shares of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company (VFG) for PAN Farm Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

- Stock name: Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company

- Number of VFG shares that PAN is owning: 15,390,932 shares

- Rate, number of shares expected to be transferred: 15,390,932 shares, equivalent to 47.97% number of outstanding shares of VFG

- Total maximum transfer value: 740 billion dongs

- Execution time: from December 2020

- Trading method: put through or order matching.
