Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation sent documents to the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to ask permission for a delay in the disclosure of financial statements in 2021 as follows:
- For the quarterly financial statements: within 30 days from the end of quarter;
- For the reviewed semi-annual financial statements: within 60 days from the end of first six months of fiscal year;
- For the audited annual financial statements: within 100 days from the end of fiscal year.
However, the request of TTFwill be reviewed by the State Securities Commission.
