KDC: BOD resolution on planning to issue bonds

The Board resolution dated December 14, 2020, the BOD of KIDO Group Corporation approved the plan to issue bonds with the following details:

- Bond type: non-convertible bond, secured and without warrants

- Par value: VND 1,000,000,000/bond

- Issue price: 100% par value

- Plan for using total proceeds from the issuance: total proceeds from the issuance will be used to supplement its working capital for business and production activities.
