ACC Binh Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Vo Thanh Tai as CEO as from December 15, 2020.

- Mr. Truong Van Nghia was appointed as right CEO as December 15, 2020.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Cuong as Deputy CEO as from December 15, 2020.

- Mr. Nguyen Xuan Cuong was appointed as assistant of the BODs as December 15, 2020.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Hung Lam as Head of business Department as from December 15, 2020.

- Mr. Le Hung Lam was appointed as Deputy CEO as December 15, 2020.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hai Trieu as assistant of the BODs as from December 15, 2020.
