5)      Outstanding volume: 82,393,100 shares

6)      Treasury volume: 99,417 shares

7)      Expected issue volume: 357,477 shares, in which:

-          New stocks issuance: 258,060 shares (Type 1)

-          Used treasury volume: 99,417 (Type 2)

8)      Total issue value: VND3,574,770,000

9)      Issue ratio: 0.43%

10)  Implement time: expected in quarter IV/2020 or quarter 1/ 2021.

11)  Regulation on transfer:

-          Type 1 are transferable

-          Type 2 are transferred after March 21, 2021.
