The Board resolution dated December 10, 2020, the BOD of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation approved to increase contributed capital in Song Hy Quoc Te Company Limited with the following details:

-          Charter capital before increasing: VND 259 billion

-          Additional contributed capital: VND 531 billion

-          Charter capital after increasing: VND 790 billion; Of which:

• Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (TDH) contributed VND 787.41 billion (accounting for 99.67% charter capital of Song Hy Quoc Te Company Limited).
• Mr. La Cam Nam contributed VND 2.59 billion (accounting for 0.33% charter capital of Song Hy Quoc Te Company Limited).

-          Purpose to increase capital: to invest the Aster Garden Towers project.
