1)      Record date for shareholder list: December 31, 2020

2)      Time of implementation: in January 2021.

-  Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Lieu as a member of the BODs

- Mrs. Dang Thi Thanh Ha was appointed a member of the BODs in the term 2018-2023.
