The Board resolution dated December 09, 2020, the BOD of Thien Viet Asset Management approved to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 of TVAM Growth Fund (FUCTVGF1) as follows:

- Record date: December 29, 2020

- Content:

Plan to disolve or extend the time for Fund’s activity when the fund expires on 20 May, 2021.
The resignation of the title of member of Board of Representative of Fund for Mrs. Nguyen Thi Anh Tu according to the Resignation Letter of her from October 29, 2020.
