The Board resolution dated November 27, 2020, the BOD of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the transfer of contributed capital in Dai Phuoc Thien Minh Company Limited to potential investors with the land plot of 14.4 ha in Area 7.1 of Dai Phuoc Eco-Tourism Urban Area project with the transfer value is not less than VND 759 billion.

2)      Approving the transfer of contributed capital in Dai Phuoc Thien An Company Limited to potential investors with the land plot of 31 ha in Area 1,2,3 of Dai Phuoc Eco-Tourism Urban Area project with the transfer value is not less than VND 2,349 billion.
