The Board resolution dated November 29, 2020, the BOD of Everland Investment Joint Stock Company approved to adjust the plan for using capital from the offering as follows:

1)      Plan for using capital approved:

-          To contribute charter capital in Everland Van Don JSC with total amount of VND 206,900,000,000.

-          To buy shares issued for increasing charter capital of Everland Phu Yen JSC with total amount of VND 96,000,000,000.

-          To buy shares issued for increasing charter capital of Crystal Holidays JSC with total amount of VND 134,100,000,000.

-          To supplement its working capital to VND 13,000,000,000.

2)      Plan for using capital adjusted:

-          To buy shares issued for increasing charter capital of Everland Van Don with total amount of VND 201,550,000,000.

-          To buy shares issued for increasing charter capital of Everland Phu Yen with total amount of VND 96,000,000,000.

-          To buy shares issued for increasing charter capital of Crystal Holidays JSC with total amount of VND 134,100,000,000.

-           To supplement its working capital to VND 18,350,000,000.
