Son Ha International Corporation (SHI) announces the Board resolution dated November 06, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The BOD approved the adjustment of the time to pay cash dividend for 2019:

-          Payment date: December 12, 2020 (instead of November 11, 2020).

2)      The BOD approved to change its charter capital after the implementation of 2019 stock dividend payment:

-          Charter capital before change: VND 870,881,810,000, equivalent to 87,088,181 shares

-          Charter capital after change: VND 914,259,270,000, equivalent to 91,425,927 shares.

3)      The BOD approved to adjust its charter with new charter capital.
