According to the Board resolution dated October 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company decided the following issues:

1)      To continue the investment in capital contribution because Viet My Education Culture Corporation will issue additional shares to the existing shareholders:

-          Buying volume: 226,860 shares

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Total additional value of capital contribution: VND2,268,600,000

-          Owning volume before trading: 1,194,000 shares (15.79%/charter capital)

-          Owning volume after trading: 1,420,860 shares (15.79%/charter capital)

-          Trading date: in Quarter 4 of 2020.

2)      To continue the investment in capital contribution because Hoang Viet Education Joint Stock Company will issue additional shares to the existing shareholders:

-          Buying volume: 303,750 shares

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Total additional value of capital contribution: VND3,037,500,000

-          Owning volume before trading: 1,012,500 shares (30%/charter capital)

-          Owning volume after trading: 1,316,250 shares (30%/charter capital)

-          Trading date: in Quarter 4 of 2020.

3)      To continue the investment in capital contribution because Toan Luc Paper Joint Stock Company will issue additional shares to the existing shareholders:

-          Buying volume: 2,060,400 shares

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Total additional value of capital contribution: VND20,604,000,000

-          Owning volume before trading: 3,434,000 shares ((35.75%/charter capital)

-          Owning volume after trading: 5,494,400 shares (35.75%/charter capital)

-          Trading date: in Quarter 4 of 2020.
