 The payment for the first phase of 2020 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

Payment date:                          December 14, 2020

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Cat Loi Joint Stock Company as from December 14, 2020.
