VPD: Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting

According to the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting dated November 11, 2020, the following issues were adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Viet Nam Power Development Joint Stock Company:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Tung Phuong as Member of the Board of Directors;

- Electing Mr. Nguyen Hoang Dao as Member of the Board of Directors for Term IV (2017-2021);

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Ho Quang Hai as Member of the Board of Supervisors;

- Electing Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga as Member of the Board of Supervisors for Term IV (2017-2021);

- Approving the change of the Company’s Legal Representative to be CEO Nguyen Thanh Tung.
