On November 12, 2020, the Board of Directors of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital to set up a joint stock company, as follows:

-          Company: Dong Hoi Plywood Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: DONGHOI PLYWOOD.,JSC

-          Head office: Lot B5, Bac Dong Hoi Industrial Park, Ly Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province 

-          Charter capital: VND180 billion

-          Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company will contribute VND20,000,000,000 in cash and assets, equivalent to 11.11% charter capital.

-          Representative of TLD at the new company: Mr. Nguyen An Ngoc.
