Hoi An Tourist Holding Company announced Board Resolution No.47/2020/NQ-HDQT dated November 11, 2020 regarding the business performance as follows:

1)      Business performance in Quarter 3/2020:

-          Revenue (consolidated): 4.207 billion dongs

-          Accumulated revenue in 09 months of 2020: 35.424 billion dongs, equal to 24% compared to the same period of 2019

-          Loss: 7.143 billion dongs

-          Accumulated loss in 09 months of 2020: 7.822 billion dongs (the accumulated profit in 09 months of 2019: 13.972 billion dongs).

2)      Business plan for Quarter 4/2020:

-          Revenue: 4.160 billion dongs

-          Estimated operating loss: 7.154 billion dongs

-          Adjusting to increase the loss norm in 2020: 7.569 billion dongs.

-          Reason: due to the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic and floods in the Central of Vietnam.
