On November 10, 2020, the Board of Members of Housing and Urban Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to HUD) decided to change the ratio and representatives in HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to HUD3) as follows:
1) Adjusting HUD's capital management ratio in HUD3:
- Adjusting the capital ratio managed by Mr. Vuong Dang Phuong, HUD’s representative in HUD3, from 35% to 25% of HUD3’s charter capital.
2) Appointing Mr. Bui Huy Thong as HUD’s representative in HUD3 and to manage a stake of 10% HUD3’s charter capital.
