Vicem Hai Van Cement Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 dated October 16, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The EGM approved the resignation from the following BOD members:

-          Mr. Nguyen Hoa Nam:           member of BOD

-          Mr. Nguyen Anh Quan:          member of BOD

-          Mr. Ho Xuan Thu:                  member of BOD.

2)      The EGM approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tri as member of Supervisory Board.

3)      The EGM approved the additional election of members of BOD for the term 2018 – 2023, including:

-          Mr. Le Van Chinh:                  member of BOD

-          Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tri:          member of BOD

-          Mr. Nguyen Quang Tuan:       member of BOD.

4)      The EGM approved the additional election of Mrs. Nguyen Hong Minh as members of Supervisory Board.
