The Board resolution dated October 12, 2020, Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company announces the divestment at the following companies:

1)      The BOD approved to transfer the whole of contributed capital in Thanh Nam Investment Service Joint Stock Company to partners with the transfer value of VND 288,000,000,000 (based on par value), equivalent to 28,800,000 shares. The transfer price is not lower than the book value and time of implementation in 2020.

2)      The BOD approved to transfer the whole of contributed capital in Truong Giang Development Service Joint Stock Company to partners with the transfer value of VND 135,800,000,000 (based on par value), quivalent to 13,580,000. The transfer price is not lower than the book value and time of implementation in 2020.
